Last week we ended with the fact
that Moshe was going to teach the nation a song. When my eldest son learned the
Parsha in school, he was told along with his class to memorize the song as they
did in the year 2498. Perhaps not the same melody.
32:1 Give ear, ye heavens, and I
will speak; and let the earth hear the words of my mouth.
Calling upon the inanimate to
testify in the next world is not surprising to the Kabbalist. The walls of
one’s house or TV set might testify against people today. We brought down the
story of the pit and the weasel a few years ago. So here Moshe calls upon
Heaven and Earth with be witnesses of the acceptance of Torah and the warnings
if violated.
2 My doctrine shall drop
as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew; as the small rain upon the

We have such a wonderful and tender
Torah and so many abuse it. My
wife bought a book about “Unorthodox” a Netflix Book. My I am unhappy that
money was wasted on this piece of trash. But the false story of Bas Sheva and
Dovid HaMelech had me read Shmuel Bet Chapter 13 to her. No the King did not
smell like a rose after that but Uriah refused the King’s Order and deserved
death. Retroactively his death instituted his divorce before the war. When
Natan HaNovi came to the King he admitted what he deserved but repented. I do not justify every action of
Dovid, but I don’t like the perverse and changed story about him. They
suggested that he stayed away from his beloved and chief wife, Bas Sheva.
3 For I will proclaim
the name of the LORD; ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
Moshe will proclaim and make a
Kiddush HASHEM and we should follow like I wrote in my thankfulness to G-D
prior the this Parsha.
4 The Rock, His work is
perfect; for all His ways are justice; a God of faithfulness and without
iniquity, just and right is He. 5 Is corruption His? No; His
children's is the blemish; a generation crooked and perverse.
The L-RD is just. He tampers mercy
and justice and yet sometimes good people get hurt or die and we can’t see the
big picture and what happened and will happen with their souls.
6 Do ye thus requite the
LORD, O foolish people and unwise? is not He thy father that hath gotten thee?
hath He not made thee, and established thee? 7 Remember the days of
old, consider the years of many generations; ask thy father, and he will
declare unto thee, thine elders, and they will tell thee. 8 When the
Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when He separated the children
of men, He set the borders of the peoples according to the number of the
children of Israel.
This past week on the news was
things from 1973, the late 40’s and 50’s. One should learn his history and be
proud of being a Jew or an American, etc. But there are those who wish we would
forget things.
9 For the portion of the
LORD is His people, Jacob the lot of His inheritance.
Where you see Jews that is where the
portion of the L-RD is.
10 He found him in a

And HASHEM blessed Yisrael with
special wheat even unto this day and grapes.
15 But Jeshurun waxed
fat, and kicked--thou didst wax fat, thou didst grow thick, thou didst become
gross--and he forsook God who made him, and contemned the Rock of his
salvation.
But after Moshe is gone the people
will rebel.
16 They roused Him to
jealousy with strange gods, with abominations did they provoke
Him. 17 They sacrificed unto demons, no-gods, gods that they knew
not, new gods that came up of late, which your fathers dreaded
not. 18 Of the Rock that begot thee thou wast unmindful, and didst
forget God that bore thee. 19 And the LORD saw, and spurned, because

What I have seen of uncovered idols
from the Canaanite Period of stones with chipped out eyes or holes etc. Clay
figurines they are neither on the level of Greek or Roman Gods but pitiful
no-gods.
20 And He said: 'I will
hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; for they are a very
froward generation, children in whom is no faithfulness. 21 They have
roused Me to jealousy with a no-god; they have provoked Me with their vanities;
and I will rouse them to jealousy with a no-people; I will provoke them with a
vile nation. 22 For a fire is kindled in My nostril, and burns unto

Since Rabbi Shimon HaTzaddik, the
Yetzer HaRa for idol worship has been destroyed and yet during the times of
King Menashe (Sanhedrin) it was strong even if nowadays we laugh at these silly
things.
24 The wasting of
hunger, and the devouring of the fiery bolt, and bitter destruction; and the

over and the LORD had delivered them up?

HASHEM will take vengeance on an ungrateful
and wicked people.
36 For the LORD will
judge His people, and repent Himself for His servants; when He seeth that their
stay is gone, and there is none remaining, shut up or left at large. 37 And it is said: Where are their gods, the rock in whom they
trusted; 38 Who did eat the fat of their sacrifices,
and drank the wine of their drink-offering? let him rise up and help you, let
him be your protection. 39 See now that I, even I, am
He, and there is no god with Me; I kill, and I make alive; I have wounded, and
I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of My hand. 40 For
I lift up My hand to heaven, and say: As I live forever,
HASHEM has eternity to repair souls
through reincarnation but our bodies die.
41 If I whet My
glittering sword, and My hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to
Mine adversaries, and will recompense them that hate Me. 42 I
will make Mine arrows drunk with blood, and My sword shall devour flesh; with

HASHEM will judge those that make a
Chillul HASHEM or honor idols but on the
other hand will bless the righteous.
44 And
Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he,

end of speaking all these words to all Israel, 46 he

49 'Get thee up into this mountain of Abarim, unto
mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and
behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a
possession;
Moshe will go up the mountain enter
a cave lie down and get a kiss from HASHEM as a landslide will cover the
entrance.
50 and die in the mount whither thou goest up, and
be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was
gathered unto his people. 51 Because ye trespassed
against Me in the midst of the children of Israel at the waters of Meribath-kadesh,
in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified Me not in the midst of the
children of Israel. 52 For thou shalt see the land
afar off; but thou shalt not go thither into the land which I give the children
of Israel.'
You shall see the land before you
die in this world and then in the next.
Faithful but Fateful 100%
Two weeks ago I brought down the story of Arieh who walked down with burnt
Victoria and both were saved. This week I go extra information of the Jewish
Fellow who stayed with his Paraplegic Friend. He chose to be with him rather
than leave him alone. It seems that a secret service man was in the building
and with his first aid kit went up with the firemen from below until about the
30th floor or so and checked rooms. On the 27th floor, he
encountered the pair who asked firefighters to evacuate others even though they
could have been saved he spoke to them. He may have been the last to talk to
them in their lifetime as slightly after he returned down the stairs the first
tower collapsed with the dust and wind almost killing him and another secret
service agent. A man it between them as they sheltered on the side was killed
by the blast. He then went out and saw one side with plane parts and body parts
and chose to rescue the living and take care of women who vomited or fainted at
the sight of the bodies.

to your wife or the flight not taken
An Israeli-American always took the
8 AM flight number 11 out of Boston to LA. His wife asked him instead of flying
for his conference on that flight and other meetings to take an earlier flight
to return home that night for putting the children to bed. On 9/11 his wife was
sure that he died when the plane it the twin towers. She was relieved when he
called to say that he had taken an earlier flight but could not get home that
night in spite of his best intentions because all flights were grounded.

On the morning of 9/11/2001 three
members of the Israeli Knesset were at the White House on a State Visit without
a Presidential Meeting. Among them was Ben Dror Yemeni a reporter coving the
group. It was a recess from the Knesset and besides them were seven ministers
visiting the States. In the delegation or head of the delegation was Eliezer Cohen,
(Born in Jerusalem, Cohen gained an MA at Tel Aviv
University. He
served as a pilot, squadron commander, base commander and Sinai area commander

1974 when he retired as a colonel. During his service he was decorated for
courage for an operation behind enemy lines the details of which remain
confidential. His nickname was Cheetah.).
They had wrapped
up their meeting at the White House and got into a taxi to take them to the
Capitol for their next meeting. In the taxi, there was a TV that showed the
first plane hitting the WTC. The TV was talking about an accident. Cheetah said
nothing doing that was a large plane and a terror attack. They asked the driver
to wait for them by the Lincoln Memorial. They wanted to see the Potomac River.
As they got to the top a horrific noise of a large, jet flying 500 mph or more
flying low heading towards the Pentagon. By this time, the Capitol was being
evacuated and they asked the driver to take them to their hotel.
